No, the lot is for storage only and you cannot live in anything that is parked in our outdoor lot. There are no RV hookups available.
The building is cleaned twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
2801 Grand Ave. Offices is owned and operated by Hilldale Holdings LLC, a LOCALLY owned small business that also occupies an office within the building. Being locally owned and having an office on-site helps us to provide quick solutions to any issues that may arise related to the building.
At 2801 Grand. Offices the safety and security of our tenants, and tenants’ guests, is our top priority. The property is secured with barbed wire fencing, security cameras, and an alarm system.
There is ample on-site parking for employees and visitors.
